New Construction

Our preference is for adaptive re-use where a suitable property can be located. Where it cannot be, we have used new construction to meet tenant needs, or without pre-leasing to meet perceived market demand. 

Our new construction includes a 52,000 SF, four story office building built for the State of Maine, a 20,000 SF, two story office building occupied by Planet Fitness, a 30,000 SF, four story multi-tenant office building in Topsham, Maine, and new additions to existing buildings. All of our new construction projects have features we value in historic renovations—extensive natural light, operable windows and small HVAC zones to allow use of those windows, and brick facades with detailing that emphasizes the durability which we attempt to retain and design into all our buildings.
